- Career & Education Matching Tools: When you submit your response to a host of options through our career and education matching tools, you may save the results privately to your profile or share them with select members.
- Feedback: When you submit your feedback, we collect your name, the rating you assigned to our Website and Services and any specific comments, suggestions, recommendations, requests or any other feedback submitted to us (the “Feedback”). - Pay-As-You-Go: Certain aspects of our Services may only be available to users who purchase access, for example, to the results generated by the career and education matching tools. In those instances, you may be required to enter your name, credit card information (card number, expiry date, CCV security code), your billing address and/or email address. We generally delete closed account information within 30 days of account close, except in certain circumstances where we may continue to retain your information to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, fulfill our Terms & Conditions, or fulfill your requests, for example, to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us.
